smoothhounds & tope ?

hi all i normaly fish around swansea the gower and pembroke and was wandering if anyone new of any gd shore marks for smoothhounds what the best bait is and the time of day (day or night) ?

i was also wandering if anyone new of anywere were u stand a chance of catching tope off the shore and if so whats the best way to go about it ?
