Hi there,
Probably most people will know of this but for those who don't then I hope it helps someone happy

Instead of buying Gemini SRT Springs and/or Mustad Rigging Spring (those are the main two I know of), which can be expensive if fishing snaggy ground, use the springs from old retractable pens!

The next time someone nips your head by constantly clicking their pen just politely take it from them & remove the spring big grin

Seriously though, if the pen doesn't work it's good recycling too, they work perfectly and two rig springs can often be had from one pen winking

Just my tuppenceworth, this works for me and may work for you too

Cheers, Andy

Great stuff Andy winking

Just putting it out there for anyone who hadn't thought about using them,

help thy neighbour lad winking

They are a bit more easy to see snagged & lost than all those 'couple of quids' the Gemini springs cost eh
