JELLIED DOGFISH
2 descent dog fish
salt and pepper
mixed dried herbs

Cut fish into 2 inch peices,place in sauce pan (not to big),just cover top of fish with water.Add salt pepper and herbs,bring to boil then simmer for 40 minutes, poor into glass or plastic container let cool,place in fridge until set.


Never thought I would like it but it is lovely give it a go

cut dog fish ito small lumps then open the bin and throw it in its revolting

Used to order dogfish from the chip shop when i was younger. A lovely fish in my opinion winking
