Hi all,

Got some whiting in the freezer, left over fromt the winter, and with the weather so nice, I was wondering what the best way to BBQ them. I've seen a lot of recipies that bake the fish in the oven, and have tried this, but would really love to put the BBQ to good use! Any tips would be great!

Frozen white fish is not really very good on the barbi , best used in a fish pie or some spicy fish cakes.
Fresh mackerel , sardine ,bass or bream are the ones to have on the bbq.
